Shaikh Mohammed bin Khalifa bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, the Chief Executive Officer of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), has affirmed that granting the golden licence to mega projects is among the most important tangible incentives to develop the real estate sector.
He indicated that the golden licence, which provides a wide range of privileges and benefits to investors, including streamlined access to government services, will contribute to revitalising the national economy, which will contribute to making the kingdom a perfect destination for investments,
RERA chief made the statements while receiving here today Dr. Maher Al-Shaer, Managing Director of Eagle Hills Diyar and RERA Board of Directors member, along with Haitham Yousif, Eagle Hills Diyar Director-General, following the government’s decision to grant the golden licence to the company.
He underlined RERA’s keenness to continue broadening cooperation between the public and private sectors, as well as provide the necessary facilities to boost the real estate sector.
Al-Shaer lauded the ongoing constructive cooperation between the public and private sectors, praising the existing effective relations with government entities, which seek to implement strategies that encourage local and external investments.
This would contribute to consolidating economic fundamentals, and creating a flexible environment that allows private sector companies to take full advantage of the privileges, which will reflect positively on economic growth, he said.
