The Iranian authorities announced that the rescue teams arrived at the scene where a helicopter carrying Iran's President Ebrahim Raisi was involved in an accident in the region of the western province of East Azerbaijan. The Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA) reported that 16 teams, alongside a drone were dispatched to the accident scene, adding that the rescue teams arrived at the proclaimed site and embarked on the search operation. "The harsh weather conditions and heavy fog have made it difficult for the rescue teams to reach the accident site," IRNA highlighted. Source: Qatar News Agency
