Qalqilya - Together - Today, the police revealed the circumstances of the murder of a 69-year-old citizen, and arrested the suspect in Qalqilya Governorate. The police media spokesman, Colonel Louay Irziqat, said that the governorate police operations received a report on Monday, June 10, 2024, about the arrival of the body of a citizen from the city of Qalqilya to the Darwish Nazzal Governmental Hospital. Immediately, a force from the General Investigation and Forensic Investigations went to the hospital, and after informing the prosecution. The public and the coroner decided to refer the body to the Institute of Forensic Medicine to conduct an autopsy to determine the causes of death, which proved that the victim had been exposed to poisoning. Irziqat added that the General Investigation Department initiated search and investigation procedures, and was able to pinpoint suspicion on the victim's daughter, and by bringing her and hearing her statements, she reported that she had poisoned him.
