Moscow, Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB) announced the arrest of two terrorists in Tyumen region under suspicion of recruiting 19 terrorists for terrorist acts in Syria. Sputnik Agency quoted the Federal Security as saying in a statement on Monday that 'The two Russian detainees launched a channel to collect donations and funds for Daesh (ISIS) terrorist organization, and recruited 19 people for terrorist activities in Syria.
