Riyadh: Saudi Minister of Commerce Majed bin Abdullah Al Qasabi met on Monday with UK Chancellor of the Exchequer Rachael Reeves and Investment Minister Jason Stockwood to discuss ways to strengthen trade and economic relations between the two countries.

According to Qatar News Agency, during the meeting in Riyadh, the two sides also discussed cooperation in financial services, fintech, e-commerce, innovation, advanced manufacturing, supply chains, enhancing competitiveness, and exports.

They reviewed key initiatives and recent developments being pursued by the Economic and Social Committee within the Saudi-UK Strategic Partnership Council.
