Riyadh: The Saudi main stock index experienced a decline on Monday, closing down by 39.31 points to settle at 11,213.59. The total trading value for the day reached SAR 4.5 billion.
According to Qatar News Agency, the trading volume amounted to 238 million shares. Out of the stocks traded, shares of 60 companies ended higher while 190 companies saw their shares fall by the close of the trading session.
Additionally, the parallel market index, known as Nomu, also witnessed a decrease, falling by 80.73 points to close at 27,356.89. The trading value in this market was recorded at SAR 25 million, with more than two million shares changing hands.
