Riyadh: The Saudi Stock Exchange's main index witnessed an increase on Monday, with a rise of 24.82 points, closing at 10,850.09 points. The trades for the day were valued at SR 4 billion.
According to Qatar News Agency, the session saw 174 million shares traded. While 116 companies experienced an increase in their share values, 120 companies saw a decline by the end of trading.
The Saudi Parallel Stock Exchange Index (Nomu) also ended on a positive note, gaining 314.77 points to close at 26,984 points. The value of trades in Nomu exceeded SR 28 million, with more than 3 million shares changing hands.
