Saudi Stock Index Closes Higher as Main and Parallel Indices Show Gains

Riyadh: The Saudi Stock Exchange's main index concluded trading on Wednesday with an increase of 78.02 points, ending at 11,752.08 points. The trading value for the session reached SR 5.2 billion.

According to Qatar News Agency, the session saw a total of 198 million shares being traded. Out of the companies listed, 133 experienced an increase in their share value, while 114 saw a decline.

Additionally, the Parallel Saudi Stock Index, known as Nomu, also showed positive movement, closing up by 61.34 points at 25,008.64 points. The trading value in this segment amounted to SR 30 million, with over six million shares being exchanged throughout the session.
