Riyadh: The Saudi Stock Exchange's main index ended Monday's trading session on a positive note, rising by 116.83 points to close at 11,194.02 points. The total value of trades during the session amounted to SR 10 billion.
According to Qatar News Agency, the session witnessed a trading volume of 587 million shares. Out of the companies listed, 150 saw an increase in their stock value, while 91 companies experienced a decline.
In the parallel market, the Saudi Stock Exchange (Nomu) index also saw an uptick, closing with an increase of 2.06 points at 28,650.28 points. The trades in the parallel market were valued at SR 46 million, with a total volume of 4 million traded shares.
