Riyadh: The main Saudi stock index concluded Wednesday's trading session with an increase of 12.75 points, reaching a total of 11,341.27 points. The trading activity was valued at SR 5.1 billion.
According to Qatar News Agency, the total volume of shares traded during the session was 219 million. In the trading activity, 84 companies experienced a rise in their share prices, whereas 168 companies recorded a decline in their share prices.
In comparison, the parallel Saudi stock index, known as Nomu, ended the day on a negative note, falling by 233.47 points to close at 23,810.24 points. The trading value for Nomu was SR 18 million, with a total volume of 1.8 million shares being traded.
