Riyadh: The main Saudi stock index closed higher on Wednesday, gaining 164.38 points to reach 10,455.14 points, with trading valued at SR 6 billion. The volume of shares traded reached 280 million, with 212 companies seeing their share prices rise, while 49 companies experienced declines.
According to Qatar News Agency, the parallel Saudi stock index, Nomu, also closed higher, rising 164.26 points to 23,491.86 points. The trading in Nomu was valued at SR 24 million with a volume of over 2 million shares traded.
