Saudi Stock Index Closes Lower After Trading Session

Riyadh: The main Saudi stock index closed lower Wednesday, losing 46.43 points to end trading at 11,167.54 points, with a total trading value of SR 4.8 billion.

According to Qatar News Agency, the volume of traded shares reached 356 million. Among the listed companies, 66 witnessed an increase in their share prices, while 192 experienced a decline.

The parallel Saudi stock index, Nomu, also saw a decrease, dropping 153.40 points to close at 23,486.52 points. The trading value for Nomu was SR 8.7 million, with a trading volume exceeding 1.5 million shares.
