Saudi Stock Index Ends Session with Gains


Riyadh: The Saudi Stock Exchange’s main index wrapped up Monday’s session with a gain of 11.45 points, closing at 11,422.95 points. The trading activities recorded a total value of SR 5 billion.



According to Qatar News Agency, the session witnessed a trading volume of 263 million shares. Out of the companies traded, 153 companies saw their share values increase, while 84 companies experienced a decline.



The parallel market index, Nomu, also posted gains, climbing 129.67 points to settle at 28,142.99 points. The trading value on the Nomu market stood at 37 million riyals, with a total volume of 2 million shares.
