Saudi arabia: Saudi Arabia's main stock index closed lower on Tuesday, falling by 108.14 points to end the session at 10,381.51, according to official market data.
According to Qatar News Agency, trading turnover on the benchmark index stood at about SAR 3.1 billion ($826m), with around 164 million shares changing hands. Shares in 24 companies rose during the session, while 237 stocks ended the day in negative territory.
The parallel market index, Nomu, also finished lower, declining by 232.16 points to close at 23,040.79. Trading on Nomu amounted to roughly SAR 18 million, with more than two million shares traded.
