Saudi Stock Market Index Closes Lower Amid Mixed Performance

Riyadh: The main Saudi stock market index concluded Monday's trading session with a decline of 47.88 points, closing at 10,543 points. The day's trading activity was valued at SR 3.6 billion.

According to Qatar News Agency, the trading volume for the day reached 160 million shares. Out of the total companies listed, 103 saw an increase in their share prices, while 154 companies experienced a decline.

In contrast, the parallel market index, Nomu, ended Monday on a positive note, gaining 91.69 points to close at 23,994.65 points. The trading in Nomu was valued at SR 21 million, with a volume of 2 million shares distributed across 2,795 transactions.
