Saudi Stock Market Index Ends Day Lower with 17.52 Points Drop

Riyadh: The Saudi main stock index concluded Sunday's session with a decrease, shedding 17.52 points to close at 11,346.59 points. The total trading value for the day amounted to 3.3 billion Saudi riyals.

According to Qatar News Agency, the trading session saw a total of 159 million shares exchanged. While 108 companies experienced gains in their share prices, 128 companies faced declines.

In contrast, the Saudi Parallel Market Index (Nomu) also saw a downward trend, falling by 508.04 points to settle at 27,423.45 points. The Nomu market recorded a trading value of 60 million riyals, with 4 million shares traded.
