Saudi Stock Market Index Sees Gains Amid Active Trading

Doha: Saudi Arabia's main stock index closed higher on Tuesday, gaining 254.04 points to end the trading session at 10,964.28 points, with a total traded value of 8.4 billion Saudi riyals.

According to Qatar News Agency, a total of 435 million shares were traded during the session. Shares of 248 companies recorded gains, while five companies saw their share prices decline.

Meanwhile, the parallel market index (Nomu) also closed higher, rising by 492.72 points to reach 26,850.79 points. Trading value in Nomu reached 32 million riyals, with more than 4 million shares changing hands.
