Manama, Ali bin Saleh Al Saleh, the Shura Council Chairman, sent two cables of congratulations to Valentina Matviyenko, the Chairwoman of the Russian Council of Federation, and Vyacheslav Volodin, the Chairman of the State Duma of Russia, on the Russian National Day.
