The sea state inshore will be 1 to 3 feet, surging to 4 feet at the north, while offshore will be 2 to 4 feet, surging to 5 feet at the north. Visibility inshore will be 04 to 09 kilometers, and offshore will also be 04 to 09 kilometers.
