Manama, Osama bin Ahmed Khalaf Al Asfoor, Minister of Social Development, received a delegation from the International Monetary Fund (IMF), led by John Bluedorn, Deputy Division Chief in the Regional Analytics and Strategy Division of the Middle East and Central Asia Department at the IMF. The meeting reviewed the ministry's efforts in social development and rehabilitation. They discussed the executive plan of the National Strategy for People with Disabilities and means to protect various groups of society, including the elderly and people with disabilities.
