Budapest: Spanish rider Marc Marquez secured pole position for the Hungarian Grand Prix in the World Championship. Marquez clinched today's win after topping the qualifying session, recording the fastest lap time of 1:36.518 minutes, ahead of Italy's Marco Bezzecchi in second with 1:36.808 minutes, and fellow Italian Fabio Di Giannantonio in third at 1:36.872 minutes.
According to Qatar News Agency, Italy's Enea Bastianini finished fourth, followed by compatriot Franco Morbidelli in fifth. France's Fabio Quartararo secured the sixth position, while Spain's Pedro Acosta took seventh place. Compatriot Fermin Aldeguer finished eighth, Italy's Luca Marini ninth, and Spain's Joan Mir rounded out the top ten in tenth position.
Tomorrow, Marquez will start from pole position for the eighth time this season, showcasing his strong performance throughout the championship.
