Manama, Abdulwahid Abdulaziz Qarata was announced as the winner of the by-election in Muharraq's first constituency. The result was announced by the Supreme Supervisory Committee for the integrity of the Council of Representatives, after reviewing the reports from the supervisory committee for Muharraq's first constituency and in accordance with Article 28 of Decree Law (14) of 2002 regarding the exercise of political rights, the final result of the supplementary election for the council of representatives' seat in Muharraq's First District, following the second round held on September 14.
