Damascus, Syria and Finnish Relief Fund discussed joint cooperation relations and means of boosting them in several mutual domains. That came during a meeting, on Thursday, between Social Affairs and Labor Minister, Louay Al-Munajjid and Finnish Relief Fund Director, Mazen Makhzoum. During the meeting, minister al-Munajjid underscored the importance of cooperation with the Fund and developing special programs for disabled people to train and enable them to enter the labor market. He also underlined the necessity to establish partnerships with local non-governmental organizations to support their work. In turn, Makhzoum noted to the Fund's willingness to cooperate with the ministry in all domains, in addition to developing programs that contribute to the integration of the disabled into schools and society.
