Damascus, The Minister of Culture, Lubana Mushawih, discussed in Damascus with the Advisor to the President of Armenia, Davit Babayan, and the director, Vardan Hovhannisyan, the cultural relations binding the two friendly countries and ways to improve them. The possibility of cooperation to film a documentary that sheds light on the destruction that befell Syrian antiquities as a result of the terrorist war to which they were subjected, was the focus of the meeting. Mushawih stressed that Palmyra, the city of antiquities and civilization, suffered from the barbaric destruction of its archaeological monuments, but despite that, it remained tall and a witness to the greatness of Syria and its people.
