Damascus, Minister of Communications and Technology, Iyad al-Khatib, discussed Sunday with the Indian Ambassador to Syria, Irshad Ahmed, ways to enhance cooperation between the two countries in the field of communications and information technology. During the meeting that took place in the ministry building today, Minister Al-Khatib highlighted the importance of cooperation to develop the Syrian-Indian Center of Excellence in the National Authority for Information Technology Services. For his part, the Indian ambassador reiterated his country's desire to develop and enhance cooperation with Syria in the field of communications and information technology.
