Presidency of the Syrian Arab Republic mourned on Friday the death of Special Media Advisor Luna al-Shibl after being involved in a painful traffic accident. Al-Shibl served as the Director of the Political and Media Office of the Syrian Presidency, then as a Special Advisor to the Presidency. The Republic Presidency offered its sincere condolences and sympathy to the family of the late al-Shibl and her relatives. On July 2nd, the Political and Media Office of the Presidency announced that al-Shibl was involved in the accident on one of the roads leading to the city of Damascus. Source: Syrian Arab News Agency
