Moscow: Syrian President Ahmad Al-Sharaa will pay an official visit to Russia on Wednesday to meet Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.

According to Qatar News Agency, Al-Sharaa will meet with the Russian President "to discuss aspects of developing bilateral relations between the two countries, in addition to discussing developments in the Middle East region," Syrian news agency 'SANA' reported on Tuesday.

The Syrian President visited Moscow on October 15, where he discussed with Putin bilateral relations and ways to enhance strategic cooperation in various fields.
