Damascus, Temperatures tend to rise gradually to become above average as the country is affected by an extension of Indian seasonal surface pressure accompanied by southwesterly currents in the upper layers of the atmosphere. General Directorate of Meteorology expected in its morning bulletin that the weather will be relatively hot and clear to partly cloudy in general over the coastal area, while it will be misty in the eastern regions, al-Jazeera and al-Badia. The wind will be southwesterly to northwesterly between low to moderate in speed, and the sea waves will be low in amplitude. The expected temperature degrees in some main Syrian cities will be as follows: Damascus 38/21, Homs 33/23, Hasaka 46/30, Lattakia 32/26, Aleppo 37/25. Source: Syrian Arab News Agency
