High construction cost index for bone buildings Construction cost prices for bare bones buildings in the West Bank recorded an increase of 0.83% during May 2024 compared to April 2024, as the construction cost price index for bare bones buildings increased to 120.48 compared to 119.49 during the previous month (base year 2013=100). At the major group level; The prices of the raw materials and raw materials group recorded an increase of 1.34%, while the prices of the equipment rental group recorded a decre ase of 0.33%, while the prices of the workers' costs and wages group recorded stability during the month of May 2024 compared to the previous month. High road construction cost price index The prices of road construction costs of various types in the West Bank recorded an increase of 0.17% during the month of May 2024 compared to the month of April 2024, as the general index of road cost prices increased to 118.04 compared to 117.85 during the previous month (base month December 2008 = 100). At the major group level; The prices of the equipment rental group recorded an increase of 0.24%, and the prices of the raw materials and raw materials group increased by 0.22%, while the prices of the two groups of equipment operating and maintenance costs and the workers' costs and wages group recorded stability during the month of May 2024 compared to the previous month. An increase in the general price index for the costs of constructing water networks The prices for the costs of constructing water networks in th e West Bank recorded an increase of 0.37% during the month of May 2024 compared to the month of April 2024, as the index for the prices of the costs of constructing water networks increased to 130.12 compared to 129.63 during the previous month (base month January 2010 = 100). At the level of water tank prices, the index recorded an increase of 1.53%, as the index rose to 120.77 compared to 118.95 during the previous month, while water network prices recorded a decrease of 0.10%, as the index decreased to 134.36 compared to 134.49 during the previous month. A decrease in the general price index for the costs of constructing sewage networks The cost of constructing sewage networks in the West Bank recorded a decrease of 0.25% during May 2024 compared to April 2024, as the index decreased to 116.93 compared to 117.22 during the previous month (base month January 2010 = 100).
