Ramallah - Ma'an - The Land Authority has completed the electronic linking and data exchange process with the Embassy of the State of Palestine in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The Chairman of the Land Authority, Counselor Alaa Al-Tamimi, pointed out that the importance of this link lies in the exchange of information and data between the two parties in a quick and smooth manner, to protect and preserve the rights of private property, which are regulated and organized by agencies at the Palestinian Embassy in Jordan. This link is a step within the Land Authority's strategic plan to link with the rest of our embassies around the world, in addition to working within the plan to link with the partner state institutions in Palestine. Al-Tamimi stressed that the General Administration of Information Systems teams are making efforts within the framework of implementing the electronic linkage plan within a vision that will lead to results that achieve the required protection for private and public properties. For her part, Engineer Nahreen Daraghmeh, Deputy Director General of Information Systems at the Land Authority, explained that the link with the embassies will be through the exchange of data on lands and agencies that are organized on them, through screens that will be available via the barcode system to check the data on lands and agencies and verify their accuracy, in order to preserve and protect private and public property from forgery operations that may occur in particular.
