Third Batch of Humanitarian Aid Convoys Enters Gaza

Cairo, The third batch of relief and humanitarian aid convoys entered today the besieged Gaza Strip through the Egyptian Rafah crossing, as the Israeli occupation intensified its airstrikes on the Strip for the seventeenth day in a row.

The third batch of aid includes food supplies, drinking water, medicines, medical supplies, and others to provide relief to the residents of the Gaza Strip who have been living in difficult humanitarian conditions since October 7.

Hundreds of trucks loaded with food and medical aid are waiting in front of the Rafah crossing, preparing to cross into the Gaza Strip after aid assistance from Arab and foreign countries arrived at the Egyptian Al Arish Airport.

Al Arish Airport received two planes belonging to the Qatari Armed Forces, carrying 87 tons of food and medical aid provided by Qatar Fund for Development (QFFD) and Qatar Red Crescent Society (QRCS), in preparation for transporting it to Gaza.

This aid is part of the State of Qatar's full support for the fraternally Palestinian people amid the difficult humanitarian conditions due to the Israeli bombardment on the Gaza Strip.

In implementation of the directives of HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, the State of Qatar sent last Monday a Qatari plane carrying 37 tons of food and medical aid, provided by QFFD, in preparation for transporting it to the Gaza Strip.

On Sunday, the second batch of relief and humanitarian aid convoys entered the Gaza Strip through the Rafah crossing, which included 15 trucks, most of which carried medicines and food.
