Three people were killed and five others injured in an Israeli raid on the town of Shamaa in southern Lebanon on Thursday. The Lebanese Ministry of Health said in a statement that ambulance teams are working to retrieve the victims from the area targeted by the raid, noting that hospitals have so far received three dead and five injured. The Israeli warplanes also launched an air raid on the town of Kfar Kila, without causing any casualties. The Israeli entity continues its escalation against towns and villages in southern Lebanon, coinciding with its brutal and ongoing aggression on the Gaza Strip since October 7, which has resulted in civilian deaths and injuries and forced hundreds of families to flee their homes.
