Fushun: Three people were killed in heavy rains in the city of Fushun in northeast China's Liaoning Province, according to China's local authorities on Sunday.
According to Qatar News Agency, a heavy rainstorm hit this morning the urban area of Fushun, with the maximum precipitation reaching 329.2 millimeters. The city has relocated 3,596 residents to safer areas and has made all-out efforts in emergency rescue and disaster relief operations.
