Three gunmen were killed during a security operation carried out by Pakistani army forces in Balochistan province, southwestern Pakistan. The Pakistani army said in a statement that their forces carried out a security operation in Pishin District, killing three gunmen and arresting one Afghan militant. Additionally, a quantity of weapons in the possession of the militants was confiscated, Pakistani news agency reported.
