Beirut: Three people were killed in Israeli raids on the southern suburb of Beirut and Nabatieh. Lebanese Ministry of Health reported Saturday that an Israeli raid on Gallery Semaan area in the southern suburb of Beirut resulted in killing one person and injuring 15 others. Additionally, an Israeli airstrike on a home in Al-Salihiya neighborhood in Nabatieh killed two young people and injured others. Another Israeli raid devastated a house in Fakhr al-Din neighborhood in Nabatieh. According to Qatar News Agency, since October 2023, Lebanon has been under Israeli assault. However, since the end of September 2024, Israel has intensified its unprecedented aerial and artillery bombardment, widening its targets to include Beirut. This has resulted in thousands of Lebanese casualties and forced over a million people to flee their homes.
