Doha: Tunisia has affirmed its categorical rejection of calls to displace the residents of the Gaza Strip and the Israeli attempts to liquidate the Palestinian cause, after the occupation failed to break the will of the Palestinian people to defend their land.

According to Qatar News Agency, a statement by the Tunisian Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Tuesday emphasized Tunisia's unconditional support for the Palestinian people in their legitimate struggle to regain their historical, inalienable, and non-expiratory rights, and to establish their independent state on all their lands with Jerusalem as its capital.

Tunisia urged all Arab and Islamic peoples to stand against the forced displacement plans that echo one of the darkest chapters of historical injustice against the Palestinians when the Israeli entity seized their historical land.
