Ankara: Turkiye's Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan has held a phone call with his Azerbaijani counterpart, Jeyhun Bayramov, to discuss bilateral relations and regional developments, Ankara has said.
According to Qatar News Agency, during the conversation on Tuesday, the two ministers stressed the importance of joint efforts to promote global stability. They also reviewed the ongoing normalization process between Azerbaijan and Armenia, including steps being taken towards signing a comprehensive peace agreement.
The call further covered coordination between Turkiye and Azerbaijan within international organizations, reflecting close cooperation between the two allies on diplomatic and regional issues.
