Ankara: Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan held a phone call Tuesday with NATO Secretary-General Mark Rutte, during which they discussed developments in the Russia-Ukraine peace process.
According to Qatar News Agency, the two sides also exchanged views on practical and sustainable security guarantees that could be offered to Ukraine.
