Turkiye Says West Puts Pressures on Ankara to Impose Sanctions on Russia

Turkish Presidential Spokesperson Ibrahim Kalin said western countries have been putting pressures on Turkiye for one year and half to impose sanctions on Russia.

Western countries have been putting pressures on Turkiye for one year and half, but Ankara did not listen to anyone, Kalin said in a press statement Monday.

He asserted that Turkiye's sanctions on Russia will primarily inflict damage upon Ankara itself.
