Turkiye, Somalia Talk Combating Illegal Immigration

Ankara: Turkish Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya discussed Wednesday in Ankara with Somali counterpart Abdullahi Sheikh Ismail issues of common concern. Yerlikaya mentioned in press statements that the talks focused on strengthening bilateral cooperation in several key areas.

According to Qatar News Agency, the discussions between the two ministers covered topics such as counter-terrorism, police training, and efforts to combat illegal immigration. These talks aim to enhance the collaborative efforts between Turkiye and Somalia in addressing these critical issues.
