Two Killed in Israeli Raid on Southern Lebanon

Beirut: Two people were killed Monday in an Israeli raid on southern Lebanon.

According to Qatar News Agency, the Lebanese Ministry of Health stated that the raid targeted the Al Bayadh area in the Tyre district, resulting in a preliminary death toll of two.

A ceasefire agreement in southern Lebanon became effective on November 27, requiring the withdrawal of Israeli forces from border villages and towns in southern Lebanon within 60 days. The deadline was later extended by the Beirut government until February 18, but Israeli forces remained at five points, continuing their violations.
