Gaza: Two Palestinians were martyred and others wounded on Thursday as Israeli occupation forces carried out airstrikes on the Gaza Strip. The Palestinian News Agency (WAFA) reported that Israeli drones targeted a group of civilians near Makki Roundabout in Al-Maghazi refugee camp in central Gaza, resulting in the martyrdom of two Palestinians and injuries to dozens, most of them in critical condition.
According to Qatar News Agency, Israeli occupation military vehicles also opened fire on Abu Al-Ajin area, southeast of Deir Al-Balah in the central Gaza Strip. Earlier on Thursday, two Palestinians were martyred in a separate Israeli strike on Sheikh Nasser neighborhood, east of Khan Younis in southern Gaza.
The death toll from the ongoing Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip has risen to 71,667 martyrs and 171,434 injured since October 7, 2023.
