Doha: has expressed deep concern over recent developments in the region, calling for an immediate halt to escalation and urging all parties to avoid actions that could further heighten tensions and instability.

According to Qatar News Agency, the UAE has also called for maximum restraint to prevent the region from sliding into greater violence, renewing its appeal for an immediate end to hostilities and a return to negotiations. The UAE emphasized the importance of ensuring the freedom, safety, and uninterrupted flow of navigation through the Strait of Hormuz, highlighting its significance to the global economy.

The UAE has condemned attacks on civilian infrastructure, including schools, hospitals, desalination plants, energy facilities, transport hubs, and residential areas. It stated that such acts constitute a serious violation of international law and cannot be justified under any circumstances.
