Doha:A delegation from the Emirate of Ajman in the United Arab Emirates visited the Ministry of Municipality in Qatar to explore innovations in municipal work, urban planning, and digital transformation.

According to Qatar News Agency, the delegation received an overview of significant achievements and strategic initiatives spearheaded by Doha Municipality. They learned about the specialized services provided to beneficiaries and the integration of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to improve field and service operations and enhance urban planning.

The visit further included insights into the latest technologies used for managing reports and improving direct communication with the public, reflecting Qatar’s advancements in municipal services.
