Ukraine Reports Russian Military Losses Reach 890,250 Since War Began

Kyiv: The Ukrainian military announced on Thursday that the number of Russian casualties since the start of the war three years ago has risen to approximately 890,250 soldiers, including both dead and wounded, with 1,200 casualties reported over the past 24 hours.

According to Qatar News Agency, the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces stated in a report that since the beginning of the war, its forces have destroyed 10,307 tanks, 21,432 armored combat vehicles, 24,409 artillery systems, 1,314 multiple rocket launchers, and 1,103 air defense systems.

Additionally, it reported the destruction of 370 warplanes, 331 helicopters, 28,983 drones, 3,121 cruise missiles, 28 warships, one submarine, 40,355 vehicles and fuel tanks, and 3,777 specialized equipment units.

Ukrainian military releases daily reports on the extent of damage inflicted on Russian forces, while Moscow responds with counter-reports of heavy losses inflicted on Ukrainian forces, although the accuracy of these figures cannot be independently verified due to war's conditions.
