Gaza: The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) said that the number of humanitarian workers killed in the Gaza Strip since the start of the Israeli occupation's aggression reached 341, warning that Palestinians in the Gaza Strip are being displaced again and again, as they face critical shortages of food and water. According to Qatar News Agency, spokesperson for the UN Secretary-General Stephane Dujarric said in a press briefing that relief workers continue to risk their lives to provide assistance to those who need it in Gaza, pointing out that "Israeli air strikes killed four humanitarian workers, three from World Central Kitchen and one from Save the Children, raising the total number of aid workers killed since October of last year to 341." He added that "our humanitarian partners are also warning that local food systems have been devastated by military ground operations, the bombardment of civilian areas and the presence of unexploded ordnance." Quoting the World Fo od Program (WFP), Dujarric confirmed that for more than 50 days, barely any food has entered besieged areas of North Gaza governorate - Beit Lahiya, Beit Hanoun and Jabalya, noting that one exception to that happened yesterday, when WFP was able to send 200 food parcels with a humanitarian mission led by the World Health Organization (WHO) to Kamal Adwan hospital in Beit Lahiya. The Occupation continues to commit acts of genocide in Gaza since October 2023, carrying out numerous airstrikes and artillery bombardments, along with massacres of civilians, amidst a catastrophic humanitarian situation due to the siege.
