The agency stated in a report published on its website that 'In total, since 1 August, out of the 85 coordinated humanitarian assistance missions to northern Gaza, only 34 were facilitated by Israeli authorities'. The UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs said that obstructing aid missions undermines efforts to meet urgent humanitarian needs.
