Doha: HE Undersecretary of the Ministry of Sports and Youth, Eng. Yasser bin Abdullah al Jamal met Thursday with HE Deputy Secretary-General of the United Nations Amina J. Mohammed. Held on the margin of the 2nd World Summit for Social Development, the meeting discussed boosting Qatar-UN Cooperation in the fields of social development and youth empowerment.

According to Qatar News Agency, the two sides also exchanged viewpoints on a host of topics of mutual interest. The discussions aimed at strengthening the collaboration between Qatar and the United Nations in addressing social development challenges and promoting initiatives that empower the youth.
