The United States does not seek war with Russia, US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin said. In remarks during his visit to Kyiv, Ukraine, Austin underlined that the United States will "defend every inch of NATO territory" and "will get Ukraine what it needs to fight for its survival and security." The war has not gone the way that the Kremlin planned, and Moscow will never prevail in Ukraine, Austin added.
