Mar-a-lago: US President Donald Trump confirmed Sunday that he had a very good and productive telephone conversation with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin. Trump wrote in a post on Truth Social: "I just had a good and very productive telephone call with President Putin of Russia prior to my meeting today, with President Zelenskyy of Ukraine. The meeting will take place in the main dining room of Mar-a-Lago. Press is invited."

According to Qatar News Agency, this comes ahead of Trump's meeting later today with his Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelensky in Florida, as part of developments related to the US settlement plan for the Russian-Ukrainian crisis.
